The Heroes won the toss and elected to bat first. The match was started by Maher and Razzaq who opened strike. Both the players started the game very well and Maher made 33 runs while Razzaq added 21 to the team score. Ambati Rayadu came in after Razzaq's dismissal and managed to hold on for longer time. He made 44 runs off 42 runs and managed a good run rate for the team. The latter players that followed added just meager amounts to the score and the total runs scored came out to be 143 that required to be beaten by the Badshahs.

It was a very strict bowling attack that the Badshahs had to face and the result came out was equally shocking for everyone. The team ran short of 6 runs to tie the score and lost the match to the Hyderabad Heroes. Binny and Rayadu were awarded the Men of the Match jointly for their performance.
